Order Cancellation

  1. If an order is placed but not paid for, cancellation is without charge.

  2. If an order is successfully placed and paid for, a 4.4% handling fee will be charged for cancellation

  3. If the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.

 

Returns

We accept product returns. You have 14 days to apply for a return from the day you receive the product.

 

To ensure a successful return, please make sure that the product remains in its original condition and all the original packaging and accessories are intact (including both the inner and outer packaging as well as the moisture-proof bag). Avoid any obvious signs of usage, such as scratches, abrasions, or dents.

 

If there is damage or scratches caused by the customer, we will calculate the amount to be deducted from the refund based on the repair costs or depreciation. You can contact our customer service department via the email support@denafrips.com to conduct a pre-assessment of the possible deduction amount. If the product has defects due to its own quality issues, we will assume the relevant responsibilities.

 

When starting the return process, please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready. Our customer service team can provide the correct return address via email.

 

Notes

  1. Custom or personalized items do not have the right to a 14-day refund.

  2. We promise a 14-day return and refund after confirming receipt of the product. Returns and refunds can be requested if the item is unopened and does not affect secondary sales.

  3. If the return request is not due to quality issues, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.

  4. If the return request is due to quality issues, we will provide free return and replacement

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the corresponding email address for the domain.

After-Sales Service

  1. All our products, except streamers, come with a one-year warranty, while streamers enjoy a three-year warranty. During the warranty period, we will cover all repair costs, including labor, parts, and shipping fees. Customers are entitled to free warranty services.

  2. For products used for more than one year but less than two years, we provide limited warranty services. Customers will only be responsible for shipping the product to our repair center. We will cover the repair costs, parts, and return shipping fees.

  3. For products used for more than two years but less than three years, customers are required to cover the one-way shipping to the repair center and the cost of parts. We will cover the repair labor and return shipping. For products used for more than three years, customers will be responsible for all repair-related costs.

 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

 

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
