The Venus 15th has started shipping gradually and will be dispatched in the order of placement. While our stock is not yet fully prepared, all new orders are considered pre-orders and are eligible for a $300 discount.

  • Important Note for EU/UK Customers

    For customers in the EU and UK, Denafrips offers DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which simplifies the ordering process and includes all import duties, taxes, and VAT.

     

    Import duties and taxes: These are fees imposed by customs authorities on goods entering the EU or UK from overseas. They are calculated based on the value of the imported items and any applicable customs regulations.

     

    VAT (Value Added Tax): VAT is a consumption tax applied to goods and services at each stage of production or distribution. In the EU and UK, VAT is levied on the total value of imported goods, including shipping costs and any applicable import duties.

     

    With DDP shipping, Denafripscalculates and includes all import duties, taxes, and VAT in the total price displayed at checkout. This amount is termed as 'Tax' on the checkout page.

     

    The courier service (such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS) handles customs clearance and delivers the package directly to your doorstep. There are no additional fees to be paid upon delivery, making the ordering process hassle-free for customers in the EU and UK.
