Your customer support is excellent and I’m very happy and satisfied.

This is the photo of my setup. I know it’s messy cuz I’m testing the fiber media converter (orange cable is the fiber), and also testing the iFi Mercury 3 USB cable (used).

I know it’s kinda funky to raise the USB cable that high. The reason is the cable is so heavy and I’m afraid the shear stress will damage the USB connector of Ares II so lift it to make some balance.

I was listening to DSD1024x48 (oversampling from 192KHz source) when I took this photo. Sometimes I use iFi iTube2 to make sound warmer if recording feels cold tho.
