What an amazing difference a DAC makes. Namely the Pontus 2 running version 1.4. It has really bought my digital side of my system to levels where it seriously competes with my Analogue system. It's like having a live band in your room. Instruments sound real and vocals are 3D. The mids are thick and detailed bass is tight and fast. The top end is really detailed with good separation across instruments.

My set up Node 2i feeding Pontus 2 via coaxial. Balanced from Pontus into my , Hegel H190 then powering my Monitor audio bronze 6 speakers.
